Christy Wang is the Founder and CEO of Winsight Global LLC, a company dedicated to transforming strategic insights into global success. With a strong background in finance, marketing, and business development, Christy transitioned from a stable corporate career to entrepreneurship, where she now leads with vision and innovation. She previously held leadership roles at prestigious firms like Bloomberg, Geller & Co., and Ernst & Young in New York.

 

Currently, Christy is pursuing an Executive MBA through the prestigious Columbia and London Business Schools, where she was awarded the Global Excellence Merit Scholarship. As an advocate for empowering women and minority leaders, Christy serves as a board member of the Asian American Business Development Center (AABDC) and is the Women in Business Chair of her EMBA program, championing leadership on a global scale.

The EMBA-Global program is a powerful partnership between London Business School and Columbia Business School, offering students access to world-class education and resources from two of the most prestigious institutions. With participants representing over 20 nationalities, the program fosters a truly global perspective. Graduates join a robust network of over 107,000 alumni, spanning industries and continents, from both London and Columbia Business Schools.

Christy Wang joined the EMBA 2026 cohort in 2024, where she was awarded the prestigious Global Excellence Merit Scholarship. The cohort comprises business leaders from 22 countries, 33 cities, and 22 nationalities, with an average of 14 years of professional experience. For the first time in the history of both institutions, women make up more than half (53%) of the cohort, marking a significant milestone in advancing gender diversity in leadership.​

As the elected Women in Business Chair, Christy is committed to empowering women and minority leaders. Christy remains dedicated to fostering an environment of mutual growth and collaboration throughout the program.

Founded in 1994 by John Wang in New York City, the Asian American Business Development Center (AABDC) is dedicated to spotlighting the vital contributions of Asian American businesses and individuals to the economy. For the past 30 years, Asian American Business Development Center (AABDC) has been at the forefront of enhancing Asian American representation in corporate leadership, elevating Asian American women to senior roles, and advocating for economic equity among minority-owned businesses. Christy Wang has demonstrated expertise in Risk Management, Internal Controls, Quality Assurance, and Project Management. She played a key role in establishing a comprehensive internal controls governance framework at Bloomberg, managing financial risk through workflow evaluations, risk assessments, and control gap identification. She led critical risk mapping projects and fostered strong relationships with global stakeholders, while also delivering over 20 firm-wide internal controls training sessions.

Christy Wang has extensive experience in performing consolidated and non-consolidated quarterly and year-end review procedures for SEC filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and reporting packages. She has tested the design and effectiveness of internal controls for public companies, ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Christy has coordinated and led client meetings, conducted walkthroughs of business processes, and prepared comprehensive reports. She has also performed substantive testing on significant financial statement accounts in accordance with U.S. GAAP and STAT, as well as applied analytical procedures to create expectations, explain material fluctuations, and draw conclusions. As a Lead Senior, Christy supervised teams to ensure high-quality work and team efficiency throughout engagements.
